DELIVERY

Products delivery will be carried out within 24-72 hours from the payment receipt except for some clothes that will be sent a little bit later, upon order confirmation directly to your mail account.

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs for foreign countries may vary, even based on weight.  The exact cost will be calculated when purchasing a product, after choosing relative shipping method. 

WITHDRAWAL RIGHT

IMPORTANT

In the letter in which customers asks recess right it’s necessary to indicate payment reference to carry out credit (CIN code, ABI, CAB, Account number, Registered person of account)
 In order to take advantage itself of the recess right it is necessary that: 
1. The customer expresses his will to take advantage of the recess right with terms previously described.
2. Purchased products are integral and given back in the original package. 
3.Products must be given back with times and way previously described. Return-back costs has to be paid by customer.. 
The products which return back, will be examined to ensure there were not any damages or breaking not deriving by  transport.
After the products have been returned, ELLE CREAZIONI will check products conformity . When ELLE CREAZIONI is able to confirm that such conditions have been met, the amount paid will be be refunded within 30 days .
 The reimbursement regards product  price.  It will come carried out within and not beyond 30 days from the time in which the goods will be given back to us with regular right recess. Unique cost to be paid by customer is the one relative to product return. 

RESTITUTION OF PRODUCTS

In every case of restitution, shipping return costs have to be paid by customer.  In case of defected products, shipping return costs will be hold by CREAZIONI .

PAYMENT METHOD

BANK TRANSFER:  3/5 days are necessary in order to confirm funding in Italy.  The cost of operation may vary from bank to bank.
PAYPAL:  payment guaranteed verified in real time.
POSTEPAY (PREPAID CREDIT CARD):  ascertainable payment in real time, very cheap.
