HOW CAN I FIND AN ITEM IN THIS WEBSITE?
Simply click on a collection (e.g. Autumn/Winter - Spring/Summer) that you can find in the left top box (categories) of the homepage. Next you can choose between Man and Woman categories, you can find various models.
- To search an item you can use the left top box "Search"; specify one or more search terms.

HOW CAN I VERIFY MY SIZE? CAN I COMPARE MY SIZE?
You can verify sizes. On the right side, near the main product image of every item, select your size and read the values, in centimeters. Click on the image to zoom.

HOW CAN I BUY A PRODUCT?
In the product page, once you' ve selected size/color combination you like, you can add item to shopping cart clicking on "IN ADD" button placed in the right bottom side. You will be redirected in the first shopping cart page, where you can decide to checkout the process (CHECKOUT) or continue searching other products (CONTINUE SHOPPING).
Clicking on CHECKOUT you can register if you're not yet a registered user.
After register process, you can find the "SHIPPPING INFORMATION" where you may:
- confirm or modify shipping address for this order;
- choose shipping method;
- add comments about the order.
Clicking on CONTINUE there is the "PAYMENT INFORMATION" page where you can choose the best payment method.
Clicking on CONTINUE there is the confirm page, where are summarized your order info, so you can check them and in case modify before checking out the order.
Clicking on CONFIRM ORDER all the infos about your order will be sent to Elle Creazioni and you will receive an e-mail reporting that your order was succesful.

CAN I SEND A GIFT?
Sending a gift is simple and funny! You only have to modify the shipping address in the "SHIPPING INFORMATION" page.
Next you fill in a form with receiver's personal information. You can also leave a message that will be sent with parcel: if you don't leave a message, the parcel will arrive anonymous and then we recommend to customize the comments field with notes about your order.
The price of the item will not be visible.

HOW CAN I PAY?
In the "PAYMENT INFORMATION" page you can choose between:
-PAYPAL (protected payment with cryptography with credit card like VISA, MASTERCARD, etc).
-POSTEPAY (In Italy at the Post Office or on-line with postepay card charge).
-SWIFT.
-MONEY ORDER.

HOW CAN I ENSURE THAT MY CREDIT CARD DATA ARE PROTECTED?
With PAYPAL your informations are protected and guaranteed. PAYPAL system delete your data after transaction.

I HAVE TO PAY V.A.T. IN MY ORDER?
Vat is already included in the price you see in the whole site and in the shopping cart.

CAN I HAVE INVOICE?
Sure! When you fill in the form with your personal information, you will be requested to add invoice information. It will be mailed to your mailbox with order shipping confirmation.
WHEN I WILL RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Shipping time depends on shipping method you choose in the "SHIPPING INFORMATION" page;.
-If you choosed shipping with "PACCO CELERE 1" will receive your products within first working day after the order confirmation.
-If you choosed shipping with "PACCO CELERE 3" will receive your products within third working day after the order confirmation.

HOW CAN I KNOW WHERE IS MY PARCEL?
In the confirmation e-mail we will give you an alphanumeric code with instructions to track your parcel path.

HOW CAN I RETURN A PRODUCT?
If you're not satisfated of your order, you have the right to return your product within 10 working days starting from parcel receipt day. Ensure you respect the following Return Rules:
- The on-line return form must be filled in correctly and sent to Elle Creazioni within 10 working days starting from parcel receipt day, so you can obtain return;
- products must not be used, dressed, modified, washed, or damaged;
- the label must be attached to the product
- products must be returned in their original package
- products must go with Return Form in the package;
- returned products must be sent to Elle Creazioni in only one shipping. Elle Creazioni, then, reserves the right to not accept items of the same order returned and shipped in different times;
- Elle Creazioni must receive returned products within 30 working days from delivery date.
Once these terms has been respected Elle Creazioni will pay back the whole item price, except shipping fees.

CAN I CHANGE ONE ITEM WITH ONE ANOTHER?
If you' re not satisfied about color, size, model, you can return it and receive a pay back of the item price.
It's not allowed to change one item with one another.

WHAT I HAVE TO DO IF I LOSE RETURN FORM?
If you lose your return form that you can find in the parcel, you have to write on a piece of paper product code, description, item and return number (assigned when you fill in the return form online).

WHEN I WILL BE PAYED BACK?
After Elle Creazioni will receive your returned item and checked that all the requirements will be respected, you will receive a return confirmation e-mail.
Pay back time depends on payment method used.
